If 1up! does not host your email (MX record) or DNS (domain name service) then 1up! cannot provide support for those services.

 
1up! will provide settings for desktop applications, but only provides full desktop application support at our hourly rate - ask for details. 
Ideally, you should contact a local professional for desktop support services.

 
If you have a harvest on your site that isn't loading correctly, first check that its format hasn't changed and with your application vendor. 
If the format has changed, its parser cannot be changed until the next business day (cost-free).
